That's why the Plum Crazy Cake Company offers frequent Beginner and Advancing cake decorating classes. Affordable, but packed with cake savvy know-how, these classes are open to anyone who wants to learn more about working with cake. Our cake-themed parties start at $50. Add $10-15 per participantt* (depending on the type of cake and level of decorating you want to do).
Here's what you'll get:
- Instruction on cutting out the mini cake with shaped cut-outs
- Frosting the cake with buttercream icing
- Rolling out and wrapping the cakes with fondant
- Instruction, tips and assistance with decorating the mini cakes with piping and/or fondant cut-outs, etc.
- Plus, the birthday girl/boy or guest of honor will get a Plum Crazy Cake Decorating Kit for future projects
